I was watching the discovery channel and when I compared the subject matter and facts with what was aired on HBO forensics ..
I realized that .. well I was thinking.. Not alot of people have family.. and when alot of people go out .. they don't allways tell co.works and such. You see I was thinking of a no-profit org. that would have a secure site on the net where folks could leave a record so to speak .. that .. just in case something should happen .. it would offer help to there where abouts. It seems as though the average adult does not keep a journal or other such indicational items.. and prevention.. and safety is key.I think people could benifit from this. They say the sooner the better .. when it comes to figuring out any possible missing persons. And IT does happen to alot of adults. It would be so easy to check your E-mail .. jot on over to the site.. type in your code .. and give a brief description of where your off to and such ... I think It would help.. and I'm going to look in-to establishing this.. If It already exsists and I am unawear of that .. please tell me so I can pass the info. on to others. Thanks

Parents could give something like that to their kids as a.. like college thing.. like if they are out with friends .. and the plans change .. there could be a phone # they could call to record who.. or where there off to.. perfectly confidential .. no montier .. all kept track of with a pin # that like only JONNY law .. if totally ness. could retreave. ( man my spelling is aweful.. )

I knew plenty of foster kids and well I know alot of shy people as well.. and they don't have close buddie buddie friends that know all about what they're doing ..or some one around to really check on them.. we should make it as tough as possible for criminals to go unnoticed.. It would be cool for folks to know that some one truly cares and is always within a sort of reach.. to take note of them..
like a universal MOM + DAD center .. for everyone... with out the judgmental feed back an flack .. just a place to leave a heads up so to speak.. and with your full name and such the FBI and or what not could get vital info. in the worst case scenario..
.. like I've said there are alot of folks that do not have the luxury of close " family ". I'll be honest.. I'ld do my part to help insure the safety of myself and others.. it could only help.. with-out them having to wait for other misshapes to see the connection.. kind of glum.. but they say certain things detour criminals .. lets keep track of one another.. the best we can ! Even if it is via a non-interactive memorandum site based some where safe . Now I'm I just a day late and thinking of something that is already accessible ? Cyber-space can hold all that info. just think of all the porn and useless crap it already holds.. this could save time inivestigations .. give you a personal sense of security and clear space atomatically every week or so when you check in with your secret pin.. knowing you are present and such.. better to be safe then , ah,.. not ...as... safe .. hmMm. Just a thought.

Pip, this is totally a good idea... keep up posted on any progress you have for starting this. Maybe the people at some of those missing/runaway teen centers can give you information on it? Take Care, Love to All Fixxtures...
