Fixx radio tribute Friday night 7-8pm CST!!! Just wanted to let everyone know that I shall pay tribute to one of my favorite bands of ALL TIME,The Fixx. Please listen to my LIVE online radio show, The Receding Hairlip, on Out of Time Radio (http://www.outoftimeradio.org) from 7-8pm CST. Oh, if you live in the USA you can call in toll free @ 877-624-4331 and discuss The Fixx, or just say "Hello" to the world.

I am terribly influenced by the intelligent art-rock of The Fixx. Don't believe me? go here My music (http://www.libradisc.com/music.html) and tell me what you think.

Take care everyone! I look forward to you guys joining me on The Receding Hairlip, for a long overdue tribute to The Fixx.

How cool of them to take a live call from our very own Mike Dillard?

Mike pointed out The Fixx tour a good 100 dates or so each year and plugged the Want That Life album. They even discussed our stalled Fixx Tribute accumulation, the lot of which can be heard here (http://www.sightnsound.org/FixxTribute.html).

Anyone wanting to contribute to the project should e'mail me privately and we can arrange getting your track posted with the others.

They're not playing Touch.

I hope some of you listening to Receding Hairlip.
It's a cool show.

It's quite pleasing to hear a host that is, not only educated about the Fixx, but, keeping up with their release history, including rare gems.

Cy Curnin's Mayfly album was discussed with Mike Dillard on the phone and after playing Touch from Want That Life, Mi5tergone played the ultra rare Hazards In The Home by The Portraits.

Thanks for a great show.

Boy, he's covering the complete range of material, from the Portraits "Hazards in the Home" to the boys' more recent stuff.
