Question "Questions" - The Global Fixx Quiz

How about a worldwide Fixx quiz? Let's see how long we can keep this going.

Whoever is first to answer the question must set the next and so on...and on.

    Here goes.

Who connects The Fixx with Marc Bolan and David Bowie.

    Clue: Reach The Beach

Would the answer be George Underwood

His artwork appears on T. Rex's 1971 Electric Warrior and David Bowie's 1972 outing, the immortal Ziggy Stardust, as well as Hunky Dory, as well as doing Reach the Beach, Phantoms and Calm Animals.

    Question

What was the name of the band formed by the Jamie, Adam, Rupert, and Dan Brown at the end of 1991?

The band was called "The Imposters." The hint of the band's existence is found in the working title of the song "Sweet Pandemonium," which was in a pre-release track listing of "Happy Landings" as "Sweet Pandemonium (Imposters Remake)." The song must have been written at that time. This version of the song, recorded by Sadia and Stephen W. Tayler, was never released.

New question. What is the special addition to Adam's drum kit on "Lost Planes?"

Haven't a clue on this one, so gonna fire my shot in the dark and go for a cowbell....

Does your question refer to the original recording or as the song is played today?

Sorry Stuart and Mitraria. No right guesses yet. My question does refer to the recorded song.

By the way, Stuart, thought you might be amused to learn that Cy did an impression of you the other night when I asked him about the Wales gig. I think he likes doing the accent...

Imitation being the finest form of flatterty.......I hope he got the accent right and threw in a dose of Green Green Grass of Home and Delilah for good measure, tell him that the choir and the valleys of Wales are crying out for another dose.

Anyway, my next guess is a dinner plate.

Keep us all guessing Lisa, let's see how many unusual and crazy ideas we can think of here, maybe even have Adam use one or two in the future

    My next guess is a Pot Noodle carton, {you have those in the states, like dried noodles, just add water for a cardboard meal}

I don't think they had those yet...but I suppose it would sound like Cy's egg. Nope. Try again. :-)
