    Curious to see the answer to this one!

    world weary

    seems noone answered my earlier question

    "Jamie once stated that the name Phantoms came about from discussions about the difficulties of being an 'x' person"

    what is x?

    x = truely honest person, to function 'properly' within society, one needs to constantly wear masks, and true self becomes a phantom
    In germany some people say it's like medicine. It's good against heartattack. If it is a lie - who cares?

    New question

    ok, on the picture you can see a so called "Batschkapp"*!
    What does a Batschkapp has in common with The Fixx????

    * it is a special kind of hat, usually called "schiebermütze", but in a special region around Frankfurt in Hessen called BATSCHKAPP!

    Mh, maybe i used the wrong word and "in commen" is not what i thougt it should mean...

    So i try again: There is one CD, where The Fixx have something to do with the "Batschkapp". In that case it has not really soemthing to do with a hat...

    "good evening, good to be back in the batschkapp, yaa"

    Cy's greeting on real time stood still?

    im surprised that noone answered this one

    x = nature

    Jamie stated in Guitar Player magazine...

    "I liked the idea of the word ”Outside”, placing more emphasis on the importance of nature and the respect for nature, that kind of thing. Just thinking about it influenced the solo."

    x = Nature

    Was going to guess that but it seemed too obvious...I pieced together a video on youtube for Outside = the Woodland version using a lot of outdoorsy nature footage a while ago. I showed it to Cy and he said he loved it but "that's not what the song is about". So I guess I was more on Jamie's wavelength! lol

    Here's my question: There are 2 Fixx songs (that I know of atleast) that have the name of the band (or form of) in the lyrics. Which ones?
