Deep in the Hundred Acre Woods
"What Has Government Done To Our Money?" by Murray Rothbard.

This older book is surging due to the financial crisis we are in. It's even available on Kindle now as well. Rothbard's initial explanation of what money is and the basics of exchange are worth reading alone. His argument is well taken ref. hard assets rather than paper (Fiat) also.

I'm reviving this old thread, there have to be other book readers out there.
    I've been lurking...

I'm currently reading the Twilight series, I just finished New Moon and am now on Eclipse. In the beginning, I thought that these books weren't going to be my "cup of tea", but after reading the first book I was hooked!

A quiet weekend coming up, so aside from looking at to the library to check back out a book I've tried to get to read, twice already.

It's a social justice, social responsibilty treatise...I'll post the info about it.
This time, will get to read it (not just handle it in a stack of other books). LOL!

I recently finished "The Scar" by China Mieville.
I am the winner in any event.
