Fixxture Faces - 80's Edition

All right...let's get this started... a lot of us have posted our faces and have links to our websites and so on. In the spirit of the 80's... start posting a photo of you then - maybe two an early 80's (70's influence) and late 80's. Yes, yes...I don't have mine scanned yet. Tomorrow is the day... so, what are you afraid of? We were all there... big hair, blue eyeliner, tight jeans...oh the list goes on. I can't wait!

Wellllll, if I can find the photo of me dressed up sorta like Cyndi lauper with a little Virgin-era Madonna tossed in, I'll scan it and add it this weekend...be very afraid.

I was in high school from 85-89, and have lots of photos from that era. I will put some up either tonight or this weekend. I'm one of the few people who likes 80's fashion better than the crap people wear today! Call me crazy.

Here's some photos of me in 1989, my senior year of high school. I'm sporting the 'Bernard Sumner of New Order' haircut. The beach pics are from Huntington Beach, in Cali. 2nd photo, we're at Disneyland, 3rd photo - turtleneck and Guess Jeans. 4th photo, morning of last day of school, and I'm sporting some lens-less glasses (they were flip-ups, too). 5th photo, what can I say, we were in concert band - this one is from '86..notice the Beta video cassettes on top of the tv.. Yes, I owned a crappy camera.

I'm on the right, in the Beach Blvd shirt.











The tall, lanky guy with the striped shirt is my good friend Travis, who I grew up with. I'm the blond, skinny geek. He's wearing a Swatch, I'm wearing a Guess watch. There's some Sperry Topsiders present, if my eyes don't deceive me. That, or Payless Specials.

At one time in high school, I wore SIX Swatches at once, three on each arm, each watch in a different time zone. Amazingly, I never got my *** kicked for that. There was already a multiple watch trend, but I think only in music videos. Ah well..

I swear, it was only yesterday..better pop on Disintegration now
