Its a tough one this, the Fixx's first album is so strong on tracks (but then they all are) hmmm. I'm going to go with I Live, its a cracking track, really got me when I first heard it.

I'm not really sure why, but I don't go back to this album as much as the others. I went with Stand Or Fall because this is the song that brought me to The Fixx in the first place. The Fool, Red Skies and Camera's In Paris are all close runner ups.

Back when the poll started I went with Sinking Island. It is my #2 favorite Fixx tune behind Woman On A Train. Love the horns, love the sass from Jamie's guitar, and the lyrics are funny. And Rupert has a wonderful array of appropriate sound effects throught the whole number. It's just fun. But, as my vote still remains the ONLY one I can see I'll have to decide on a round two vote coming up in a few weeks.

There's just not a bad song on this whole album. I love all of them. I picked Cameras in Paris but I like the Fool, I Live, Lost Planes, Red Skies, Shuttered Room, etc. It's all great. Stand or Fall was the first song I ever heard of theirs. This poll was too hard!
