Gosh Deeper and Deeper and Going Overboard have never been on my copies of RTB (cassette or cd). So it makes it kinda hard for me to vote here, because Deeper and Deeper is my favorite, but for me, not on this album. So do I slight them and go with Running, or do I put D&D on because it's on this list... oh heavens- the choices!

Yeah Linda - using the reissue track listing does put a different spin on things. I always thought that Deeper & Deeper was a direct match for the Phantoms album but there it is on Reach the Beach.

I voted for "Priviledge". Though the whole set is fantastic there is something about the total package of that song that has my attention.

Oh, way too many favourites here! Ok, if I have to pick just one song, I'll say The Sign Of Fire. Personal reasons really, it reminds me of my first ever Fixx concert, in October 1983. This is the song that takes me back to that day.

Reach The Beach seems to be the most even album. Like there's 40+ votes and still no single tune has 10 votes yet - it is spread out over the whole album.
By contrast, if you look at the votes for Calm Animals - Driven Out dominates.
Does this go to suggest that Reach The Beach is the most well rounded of the bunch?

Don't underestimate this one just because of its mass appeal. Still one of their greatest tunes.
