Real tough one this for Walkabout, probably my favourite Fixx album, as im sure its a common fav with alot of us Fixxers. For me its got to be One Look Up, its the one track that doesnt show up on too many lists and its a superb track.

"Secret Separation" slightly edges out "Camphor" and "Built For The Future" for me. There is something about this song that makes me smile whenever I hear it. I will have to sit down and figure out why that is but it happens.

Another really difficult one here! Camphor wins for me, for the lyrics and Rupert's fantastic keyboards...They give the song its brilliant surreal edge.

I voted for Read Between the Lines, but I have to ask this:
Is there anyone else out there, or just me, who doesn't like Secret Separation? I haven't liked it since the first time I heard it back in 1986 and my opinion hasn't changed much since. Somehow, it doesn't seem to fit in with the rest of the album, at least to me. Maybe it just seems a bit too campy...
