I would love to be able to vote again on this one, only because Chase the Fire was my first choice and my second choice again. I've recently given this song some major listening time on the REACT CD, and it's just fantastic on there.

Not really how this vote works, but they do this song some major justice on REACT too.

Out of the 3, Id go for Built for the Future, incidentally love the version of it on React, thought it was the original at first lol!

Shame One Look Up isnt in the 2nd shortlist, cos its the best track for me on that album.

When I saw the older voting thread, SS won by a massive massive margin, everyone loves that song... What'd be nice would be a SECOND FAVORITE song contest to clear the way since Separation kills the vote.

Just wanting to know if Walkabout's Read Btwn the Lines appeared on any other albums. I know Walkabout wasn't the first time I heard it, because I got it loooong after I started collecting Fixx albums.

Glad this post was revived - had not voted yet, so I cast mine for "Chase the Fire" which stands as one of my favorites of all albums (shy of "Outside" however).

Back in 2006, the boys passed through Kansas City and at that time they led off concerts with "Chase the Fire." Tremendous intro song for them - have seen a few of their concerts now and that intro was special. It gave them a chance to get an extended instrumental build-up working for them prior to vocals kicking off, and that funky groove of CTF really set the tone for the evening (people were coming off the rafters and 2nd floor to cram in close).

That would be one recommendation - bring back CTF as a concert intro song, but this time with Dan getting a chance to kick it off.
