Jamais!!!!!! (NEVER) ....![]()
How Much Is Enough....speaks to our world today, and has done so for a long time.
They guys are always so in tune with what is important in life. Gotta love that, above all else.
I am the winner in any event.
How Much Is Enough.....I even have the video for it on my My Space page now....
"I knew a transsexual guy whose only ambition was to eat, drink, and be Mary." ~ George Carlin.
I've always had a soft spot for Crucified.
How Much is Enough--I always love their societal commentaries!
And Cy always has such great intros about this one, before they play it at the shows...sometimes he's so wonderfully flip or sly about it, you wonder how many folks paid attention enough to really "get" it. Kim
Can you remember what kinds of things he said? I would love to hear them, and I know that I was hanging on his every word at the show. Someone should write these things down.Originally posted by msmith1

It's amazing that How Much Is Enough should have been a much bigger commercial success, and as far as their videos go it was pretty flashy and busy, perfect for MTV, but the message was so ANTI-materialism. No wonder MTV never took it, it was a conviction against all that they would soon become. I hate the bastards, they started out so good, and now look at them.
HOW MUCH IS ENOUGH???
I am the winner in any event.
this was tough...but I went with How Much is Enough... might I add it's the ONLY Fixx video I've seen... sheesh.
Fluxus is not: a movement, a moment in history, an organization. Fluxus is: an idea, a kind of work, a tendency, a way of life, a changing set of people who do Fluxworks.

I'm listening to Ink again. It's slick, pop sounding, but listenable. There's been a lot of discussion on the board about this album.
I ultimately voted for "How Much". "Yesterday" is good, too. I like the bass playing on that song.
Speaking of bass. Dan Brown didn't play on "One Jungle". He was on vacation, and dammit, he wasn't going to do studio time.
I love Yesterday, Today too but I went with How Much Is Enough? for the poetic statement.
I was once eavesdropping on a conversation that some fans were having with Rupert after a late 1990's concert. A fan asked him what his favorite song was from Ink and Rupert said Yesterday, Today. It is a great song.
When you have all you want but still feel nothing at all....
How much is Enough
Been a Fixxture for a long time.
I think that the best/strongest song is All Is Fair.
But my 2nd choice, How Much is Enough.
How much is eeeeenough is enough
Is this the way of the world, to take a boy and a girl and show them lying is real!
How Much Is Enough. It always sounds great live!
My vote went to Yesterday, Today.
