I was a little shocked - but only by the size!

You look great - very healthy - and I am quite the expert lately. The miracle of birth can be an incredible thing. I was fortunate enough to be present for two of my three grandchildren's birth (the third I was just outside the room listening) and that what absolutely incredible. Something I never thought I would do - the first came a little quickly and I was trapped into being present. I didn't think that I could handle seeing one of my little girls go through the pain of childbirth but that was quickly forgotten with the miracle of the birth. Now I am hooked on it. So, if I am in town when you deliver . . . . .

just kidding Alli - but seriously, keep us informed with any and all news - you too Rkerchic!!

What a nice picture Alli! Thanks for sharing.

By the way: Had a wellness day last week. While sitting in a sauna I saw a lot of men that must have been at 28 weeks. Or is it because of that german beer....

LOL! Heimo, I do hope we get to meet up at a Fixx show one day.

    And thank you, Guido.

Pippi, what a comfort it must have been to your daughter (or was it for more than one daughter?) to be there for her. My sis and hub will be with me, thank goodness.

I have two daughters Alli. My oldest had a 3 year old son - my youngest has a 4 year old daughter and an 8 month old baby boy. They keep me occupied between tours.

    Pippi,
Sounds like a lot of fun. You must have had your kids when you were 8

You pass like the moon in silence
    In the warm flooded air
Looking back to those lost opportunities
    So often missed or ignored
A thousand times I start heading for the dawn
Only to turn around and face this rue once more
There 's something ahead of you

    Thanks Pippi!
Had a quick moment to catch up on posts. Thanks for asking about my pregnancy. I am at my 26th week and due April 10th. Allicat looks so good! My belly is a little rounder. I guess cause' this is my 2nd child? Supposedly the doctor said I only gained 13 pounds in total so far. I feel much larger though! I can't wait to deliver and then I want to drop some serious pounds! I was 120 pounds when I got married about 13 years ago and hoping to return to that weight! (Wishful thinking!) We are having another girl. Her name will be Shannon Frances. My girls have to have Irish names as it is a strong part of their dad and my ancestries.
Other than the pregnancy, we have been off to a rough start. If anyone has read my holiday posts, they'll see I have been going crazy caring for some of my inlaws. As the ball was dropping in Times Square, we had received a frantic call from my mother-in-law's house. My small taste of champagne that I was looking forward to all evening got tossed down the drain and my guests shuffled out the door like there was a wildfire. When we arrived at the in-laws house, the paramedics were just leaving. Mom had another low blood sugar episode which seems to be getting dangerously low. The stubborn woman did not have them take her to the hospital where she needs to be. Now here I am becoming the parent to my husband's parent! We stayed for a few hours and then returned back in the morning so I can be "Nurse Ratchet". I made her confess all her illnesses, medications, and lil' secrets! She really is in a lot of danger and I was re-working my schedule so I can bring her to a specialist and the ***** refused. She carried on like a baby so I told my husband she is playing roulette and can lose her leg (oops forgot to say she has cellulitus) or her life! I am not being dramatic here as I once had cellulitus and almost lost my leg and I am not a diabetic! So this is what we have been busy doing since Christmas until the present,
I wish everyone a better 2006! Wished I had the opportunity to have been at last year's party! It sounds like it was a blast! Party on for me!!!!!!

    Wow !

    Dear Rkrchic,

Sounds like you have it rough right now. As I read your post, the first thing that came to me was that your "Reverse Kharma" will be big and great. I believe that what you do comes back to you, sometimes tenfold. Remember, "We all get what we deserve"........

Until that day comes soon, I know I speak for everyone and especially myself when I say that we're rooting for you, you have our thoughts and telepathic encouragement, if not our prayers, that your situation gets better.

To our pregnant Fixxturettes, I say hang in there, it won't be long now, and please, PLEASE, don't take it out on your poor husbands ! I've been down that road before, and the dads deserve some extra slack ! Don't forget to post the Baby on the board! Alli, thanks again for the circular treats, I was sick for a week, but boy was it worth it !

    Love All,

    Dr. Roger

    Hey Jeanne,

I am also expecting a girl.

Rkerchic, sounds like you have a lot going on there! Whew. Ask your hubby to handle his mom I'm sure you'll need to be tough with her.

Roger, next time you eat jellies, I will have to be there to dispense them myself in small increments. Don't want to make you sick again! (Do I sound like a mom now? )
    Alli
