    Pittsburgh vs. Seattle

Should be a very interesting Super Bowl in the Motor City.

What the Steelers have accomplished is a testimony to athletic conditioning. To win three straight without a week off, to knock off the top three seeds, and to do all of this on the road......that organization possesses superior trainning techniques. Those guys got themselves in shape! On the other hand, the Seahawks seem to do everything well. Their execution is very well done. One would expect a low-scoring game in Detroit. Although that's not easy to predict. But both teams play great D.

I can't wait to see this Super Bowl...
As a gal who was born and raised in Pittsburgh, I can't help but be a Steelers fan (even my parents who don't follow football have been watching the last few games... we're die hard loyal). I adored watching the Steelers kick butt yesterday, and I'm truly looking forward to seeing them play the Seahawks. Seattle played a great game on Sunday (but then again, did Carolina actually show up?) and they'll be a worthy opponent for my beloved team.

I used to live in Seattle area, and I am rooting for them! even though I do not follow football, I think you'd have to live in a subterranean cave to not know about the Superbowl.

I can't wait to watch all the new commercials either!
I am the winner in any event.

OK, I lied, I used to live in Tacoma, but Seattle is next door, and that's where I worked and spent a lot of my time.

Love the place, but now I need a latte!

    Smile Go Seahawks

    Hello Alll,

I just hope it is not a blow out. I am going for Holmgren and the Seahawks. But if the Steelers win, I will be happy for The Bus! What a great player and eventhough I can't stand the Steelers, I will be happy for him.

I had my Superbowl when the Dolphins beat the Patriots in a nothing game and when Denver knocked out the Patriots in Round 2 of the Playoffs. Everything from that point is just gravy! Oh and Filthydelhia didn't even make the playoffs. You have to love the NFL!

I feel bad for Tony Dungy. It was his Tampa Bay Buc won the Super Bowl a few years ago that won the Super Bowl not Gruden's. And I really believe his Colts this year tried too hard for the "Perfect Season." The loss of the perfect season coupled with the death of Dungy's son ended their season (IMO).

The early line favors Pittsburgh by 3 1/2. That sounds about right. A margin like that would give you a really close game. My prediction would be the Steelers. Based on what they could do with a whole two weeks to prepare......

    Still Going For Seahawks

    Hello All,

I think that the Steelers will blitz Hasselback early and get him off his game. If the Steelers can stop Alexander it could be a long game for the Seahawks.

The Seahawks have to stop the run and for Big Ben to beat you in the air.
