Roast Pork, cooked at low temperature to maintain juiciness. Yum!

Heh, that's funny! Not just your wife's saying, but also the fact that I'm having pork for dinner! It's cooking right now.

Works for women, too - at least I know that's right where this corned beef is going...love corned beef, but only have it once or twice a year due to the artery-hardening properties.

'Tis the season for corned beef, cabbage, and small red potatoes. Happy St. Patrick's Day, you all!

Not sure it's all that unhealthy. Enjoy!

(and wash it down with lots of Guiness, or Harp's Lager)

Broccoli and tofu in spicy garlic sauce over steamed rice, and a handful of green grapes.

The only thing I've ever had in common with a Bush president is that I hate broccoli. But if you showed up at my place with that dish, Kim, you'd have a new best friend for life in my big kitty, Sebastian. That cat LOVES broccoli - steamed, in spicy sauce, teriyaki, just however. He always gets the broccoli from any Chinese take-away I get here in SF. Darnedest thing you ever saw - a cat gnawing on a broccoli floret and growling at the girl kitty if she gets too close...
