Hey Stuart, I'd just like to hear the band live
    From the point of ignition
    to the final drive
    the point of the journey
    is not to arrive
    anything can happen

    1. The Sign Of Fire - LONG overdue, it's time to dust this one off
    2. Camphor - encore closer
    3. World Weary - mid-tempo, mid-set, in place of Woman On A Train
    4. With One Look - encore, the fans would love it
    5. I Live - just want to hear this one live
    6. Precious Stone - time for another run
    7. Calm Animals - arguably their best live song, should never leave the set
    8. Less Cities - time to bring it back
    9. Yesterday, Today - change up the Ink material a bit
    10. Changing - would be a pleasant surprise

    something with bagpipes

    No?

    Then lots of new stuff.

And how about Lighthouse again? or Walkabout?

Anything they work up is good.

My "Opinion" on what the boys should fit into future live sets:

    1. Outside - this song's studio take has some of Jamie's best guitar work on it, and it has such a fresh aire about it. It is the "perfect" song for outdoors concerts, in my opinion.

    2. Opinions - this song was mentioned by Cy as one of his personal favorites, when he conducted an interview. I think we should push for this, as Cy should let loose a personal favorite in a live setting once in a while.

    3. We Once Held Hands - this song has so much energy and only builds higher and higher through the full track. I don't think it has ever been played live, has it? It deserves at least one shot at live greatness.

    4. Lost in Battle Overseas - I don't recommend the exact original be retained. The boys should tweak this a little, then surprise us with an "updated" version live, and frankly I would love to see this on the next studio recorded album as an updated studio recording. There is so much in this song that resonates with our current global situation.

I 'm pretty sure i heard it on the 96 Elemental tour twice- and it was on that live Milwaukee full length show thats kickin' around...

Just afraid its kinda long and would take the place of two other possile songs.. since their pretty tight on the watch with their sets.

    hope that helps-

hey, any one of these would be like hearing God's voice speaking in my ear:

    Changing
    In Suspense
    Shred of Evidence
    Cameras In Paris
    and
Precious Stone would be like spending 3 minutes in eden!

    Requests

Of course any of the new stuff is welcomed with open ears and dancing arms. Still love the classics and hope they never get dropped off the list!
    One Thing ...
Red Skies ( if my 4 year old daughter ever sees The Fixx live, this is also her request)
    Stand or Fall
Saved By Zero ( I love the acoustic version on the 25th Anthology CD!)
    The Fool
    Fatal Shore
    Deeper
    Woman on A Train
    Remember me When I'm Gone
    Treasure it
    Sweet Pandemonium
    Built for the Future
    Touch
    How Much Is Enough
Out of all these though I really need to hear Shred of Evidence - that would be an awesome live sound! I think I wore that one out on my CD! I don't recall if I ever heard that live.
