    Cy on 100.3 The Sound

    Hey Gang,

Cy will be hosting an hour of songs on Los Angeles radio station, KSWD 100.3 The Sound this Sunday, August 9th at 6 pm PST.

    The Sound 100.3

Don't live in LA? That's okay. You can listen to the broadcast via the Internet from pretty much anywhere in the world - just be sure to get your corresponding time zone right!

If you would like to hear Cy's promo, it's posted on CYCURNIN.COM

    Take care, everybody!

Don't think that I will be able to listen at that time.
Could please anyone be so kind to write down a list with the songs?
    Thanks for the help.

    Hey Heimo and everybody...

The website for the radio station maintains a page for their My Turn guests, so I anticipate afterward they will post Cy's song list along with a little video interview that they did during the taping. Will let you know when it is posted.

Also, they have indicated that they will rerun the show later in the fall to coincide with Cy's tour...but it will still be at 6 pm, I guess. Bummer about the time for our European pals.

    Warmest,
    Lisa

I have two other things going on at that time (see, it's a popular one), but they're gonna wait for Cy!
Maybe on course to the best yet!

    Hey guys,

Just wanted to remind everybody about the broadcast tonight.

I was thinking it might be fun to create a chat room someplace tonight where folks could gather and talk about the songs as they are played and the comments Cy has made about them. We've never done anything like that before. It's an experiment. I don't know, maybe it's a goofy idea.

I'll try to post a link here to a room at 5:30 pst. See if anybody turns up. Getting a good feed for the radio broadcast is most important, of course.

Thanks for the update. My daughter heard the Cy's promo. I was digging around The Sounds website.

Than I remembered, someone from Fixx.com will have the info. And I was right

    Thanks

I created a little chat room if folks want to come and talk about the songs that are being played for a bit.

Thanks to Lisa for putting the room together. That WAS fun, and I do hope we'll do it again sometime.

Great show...some songs Cy played I liked better than others (generally not a fan of contemporary rock here), but it's interesting to hear what makes him tick, and the tracks are special to me in whatever way they've influenced HIS sound, which I love.
Maybe on course to the best yet!

Loved Cy's list. I still have Green Day's "Know Your Enemy" song in my head. Actually, that one has been in my head for a while now. LOL!

Yes, thank you Lisa for putting the chat together! That was great!
