    Cool Welcome!

Hi all! Welcome to the 21st century!

Before I open this up to the general public, I'm going to request that we give her a good shakedown for about a couple of weeks.

Please let me know if you see any bugs, missing icons, or any problems or concerns you may have.

In the mean time, have fun!

    Hi Jeff,

great work. Now it's easier for me to use the forum at home AND at work.

I'm sure your boss is going to love to hear that!

(note the use of the quote feature and a smilie! Pretty cool, eh?)

Looks good Jeff. I haven't been posting much lately but this is a good idea since you can select your topic for participation.

I was never a big fan of the "top 10 lists" that kept filling up the inbox.

    I hope everyone switches over.

    Welcome Greg & Greg!

I agree that the top-10s could at times clutter things up, but I still enjoyed them. Hopefully this will totally solve the problem.

    Jeff:

Are you sure that people can't edit other people's posts? When I clicked on the edit icon above Greg's post it seemed that it WAS allowing me to edit his post, although I didn't want to actually try it.

Greg (Stix) -- It won't let you unless you know his password.

Actually, please do try it. If it does let you, then we have a security problem. I think it works properly though.

Nope. it doesn't allow you to re-post the message. You can edit it all you want but you can not post it back to the board!

Geez, thanks Jeff - yet another board for me to waste time at...

Seriously, I would like to reduce my email a bit, so I'm anxious to try this out. May even talk more often...

    Question

    Heya! Nice idea, Jeff.

In principle, I like it, but is there any way to get the colors and font sizes to be better? Just curious...

    Hey Mike!

Ok... how's this for a color change?

    -- jeff

p.s. I'd rather not change the font size - thisis the UBB standard as out of the box.
